Back-up birds must be paid for by 10-1-09.  Back-up bird entry fees will be refunded if birds are injured or lost before the event.  It is expected that all back-up birds will be activated by the owner.  If not activated by the owner, other flyers will be able to pay activation fees and will be eligible for all awards

All birds not sent back or picked up by owners after fourteen (14) days after the race will become the property of the Fort Sutter R. P. Club.  All birds requiring shipment will be shipped to owners at $45.00 per box (continental US only).

100% of all Entry Fees will be awards.  All other activities will be cut 15 %.

Birds Accepted:  March 15 to May 1, 2009
Replacement deadline is May 15, 2009
